My birth doula support offers continuous, personalized care through every stage of your journey. From the moment you sign your contract, I’m here to help you feel informed, grounded, and confident. We’ll prepare together through three thoughtful prenatal visits, continuous birth support, and a postpartum follow-up designed to help you transition smoothly into new parenthood.

Prenatal Visits

Visit 1 – Exploring Your Vision: Discuss your hopes and values, begin your Birth Preferences document, and basic labor overview.

Visit 2 – Comfort & Coping: Learn and practice comfort measures, movement, and partner support techniques.

Visit 3 – Final Prep: Review birth preferences, discuss pushing and early labor, and finalize postpartum plans.

On-Call Support (37–42 weeks)

Postpartum Support
$30/hour for birth doula clients
$35/hour for stand-alone clients
3-hour minimum per shift

The weeks after birth are a time of immense transition—physically, emotionally, and relationally. Whether you’re adjusting to feeding your baby, finding your rhythm as a parent, or simply trying to rest and recover, I’m here to offer grounded, compassionate support.

As a postpartum doula, I provide nonjudgmental, trauma-informed care that helps you feel more rested, confident, and cared for as you move through the early days of parenthood.

Support May Include

Emotional Support: A calm, steady presence to help you process your birth experience and navigate new feelings without judgment.

Feeding Support: Gentle guidance with chest/breast/bottle feeding, burping, and troubleshooting, plus referrals to lactation consultants (IBCLCs) when needed.

Newborn Care Education: Support with diapering, soothing, sleep cues, babywearing, and safe sleep—building your confidence step-by-step.

Physical Recovery Support: Encouragement and reminders for rest, nourishment, and healing, with referrals for pelvic floor or mental health care as needed.

Practical In-Home Help: Light household tasks—laundry, dishes, bottle washing, tidying, or meal prep—to lighten your load.

Hands-On Baby Care: Loving care for your baby while you rest, eat, or shower.
